All items are sold "as is". That being said, if you have any problems with any particular order or item, please make sure to contact us about it. We take great pains to describe our stuff, so read the description carefully. On the pricier items, we are certainly willing and ready to send another photo or two so you can make a more informed decision. Electronics (particularly vintage electronics) are finicky, and if we say it works, we've tested it. Otherwise, it will be sold for parts or repair.
We've been collecting for over 45 years, and there will be a gem or two or three on the site occasionally that we have no idea what it is worth, so you just might get lucky.
We will make every effort to get your item in the delivery stream within two business days, and will use the delivery method you prefer, and will charge whatever that particular delivery method charges. Shipping matrix is a general guideline. Shipping could be a bit less, or, in the case of a large book or set, considerably more. If you have any questions about shippiing, please ask us in advance of ordering so there are no surprises. Generally speaking, US quotes are for media mail for books. Other items will have to go standard post, which is generally more, or, in the case of overseas orders, via priority mail international, which is just plain awful!
In general, no returns are accepted. If there is an error in the description, or the item is not the one described, we wll of course issue a full refund if that item is returned in the same condition within 7 business days of the receipt of that item.
